Purchase a Baguette from your favorite bakery.
Slice down the middle.
Spoon in some spaghetti sauce,
throw on some onions, spinach, etc.
Top with cheese.
Pop in the oven for 10ish minutes until heated through,
melty cheese.
Enjoy with a glass of wine at the dining room table.
